PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

We understand that things don't always go to plan but we do not issue refunds or accept returns due to change of mind or order error.

We will accept returns and provide an exchange, refund or credit on unused items in their original condition if there is a fault with the item or it is not as described on our website.

Return postage is payable by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. All return should be sent to:

We always encourage you to reach out if there are ever any issues, we will do our best to deal with your request as fairly as possible for all parties. We are all human after all.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Customers should check all digital products before purchase to ensure they are compatible with their devices, tablets and apps and they are for the right time period.

Due to the nature of digital products there is no returns procedure as we can’t physically recover the product from you.

Please download your products immediately after purchase, and if you have any issues with your order make contact with us within 48 hours so we can help resolve the issues for you.

Refunds are not accepted on digital products for change of mind, non-compatibility or incorrect purchasing.

Any products that are dated and time sensitive will not qualify for a refund or replacement for any reason after the end date of the product.

Any products with minor errors (spelling mistakes, date glitches etc) will be replaced with the same product with corrections made. Minor errors will not qualify for a refund on purchase price.

Postage and Costs

We ship via Australia Post.

We can not be held responsible for factors out of our control that contribute to delivery delays such as the timing of your order, delivery issues, incorrect address details on your order, delays due to service interruptions and natural disasters.

Postage costs are provided at the checkout of our order and it is the purchaser's responsibility to select the correct and preferred option for their order.

If you provide an incorrect postal address, or forget to update your shipping address on your account, you are responsible for the loss of that parcel and related shipping costs should you not be able to retrieve it from the incorrect address.

Deliveries within Australia

All parcels attract a shipping, packaging and handling fee, if you require a bulk order please contact us for a shipping quote.

Australia Post will be used for all orders and tracking will be provided. All delivery enquiries should be directed to Australia Post and complaints lodged directly with them for missing parcels. Please also notify us so we can lodge a complaint on our end for you also.

International Orders

We can arrange delivery to addresses outside of Australia but it is important to note that our #controlfreak planners are designed with Australian dates and deadlines in mind that will not be relevant in other countries.

Should you wish to order outside of Australia please contact us at hello@thecontrolfreakco.com.au to discuss delivery options. We reserve the right to decline international orders.

If you are ordering from New Zealand there is a shipping option available for you on the website, please select this at checkout.

Any international orders placed with the incorrect shipping option may be cancelled or the additional shipping invoiced before your order is processed and sent.

Please note we have had orders shipped internationally lost in transit previously. If your order should go missing we will happily send a replacement product, but we do not accept liability for the shipping costs in sending the replacement.
